All ready-to-wear orders within Pakistan are dispatched via tracked courier (such as TCS, Trax, or Leopards) within 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation.
- • Free Domestic Delivery: On all orders of Rs. 15,000 or above.
- • Standard Courier Fee: Rs. 350 flat rate for orders below Rs. 15,000 within Pakistan.
- • Worldwide / International: Dispatched via express DHL/FedEx arriving within 5 to 8 working days.
7-Day Size Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your garment fit. For standard ready-to-wear pieces, we offer a 7-day size exchange window from the date your parcel is delivered.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and protective dust covers intact.
- To initiate an exchange, message our client desk on WhatsApp at +92 318 6702310 with your Order Number and desired replacement size.
- Customer covers return courier charges for size swaps; replacement piece is dispatched promptly upon return receipt inspection.
Custom Tailoring & Alteration Policy
Because custom-stitched garments, altered pieces, and personalized designs are crafted to your specific individual body measurements and fabric choices, they are non-refundable. However, if any garment requires minor fitting adjustments upon delivery to match our agreed measurement specifications, our atelier provides complimentary fitting adjustments.
